BitX40 Microphone

One thing I didn't forsee is that the BITX40 needs a electr microphone instead of a dynamic model (which I use on most of my rigs). So I took a old Baofeng microphone out of the junkbox and modified it.
Although it works I'm not happy with the result. So there is some work todo. On the website AWSH.ORG ( link ) I found a article in which the writer had the same problem and describes how to create a simple dynamic to electret microphone converter. That one is on my todo list at #1.
