These little  note books where published by RadioShack in the 1980's - 1990's by RadioShack. Some where in my house there also should be one about the 555 Timer. 

Absolute fun the read and highly inspirational for kids due to the writing style and drawings. Hard to get, but google-ing "Enigneer's mini-notebook" will reveal a lot of PDF with scan's of these books. 

Note : these pages are work in progress, you may only see pictures, but I working on it to add meta data like : title, author, publisher, year of publication and ISBN. And also a short note why I have it and what I like about it (if I don't like a book, it won't get space on my bookshelf).
